30.4.1.3.1 Class timed_mutex says

2 The class timed_mutex shall satisfy all of the TimedMutex
requirements (30.4.1.3). It shall be a standard- layout class (Clause
9).

I guess that instead of TimedMutex it should be TimedLockable.
