I want to comment on issue report #1153. It is already the case that the
member-declarator is ignored, and only the function type of the pointer-to-
member is considered. No change is needed, see 13.4[over.over] p3: "the
function type of the pointer to member is used to select the member function
from the set of overloaded member functions." and closed DR #247
