Dear all
I have a question:
What is the meaning of section 9 [class] of DIS/paragraph 8:
... standard-layout classes are useful for communicating with code
written
  in other programming languages. ...
Is it possible to read this layout by a Java or Python program. May I
ask you show in a real piece of code.
of course, I know, C++ can coexist with codes written in other
languages like C or assembler.
What about the other programming languages?

Regards,
