Topic: Defect: section 23.3.5 bitset (N2135)

(I'm using the draft document N2135 as reference)
This defect is just an editorial one dealing with the section on the
bitset class.
On page 651 there is a comment which says "// 23.3.5.2 bitset
operations:".
It links to section 23.3.5.2 on page 653 which has the title "bitset
members [bitset.members]".
The two texts are different. I think the former text should be
changed because the comment on page 650 says "// 23.3.5.3 bitset
operations:".

Forgot to mention: please use N2134 rather than N2135. The latter has
various placeholders that make some of the section numbers different.
