Are there any standard translations of the Standard, or
failing that, key technical terms within it ("undefined
behavior" etc.), so that implementations are consistent
in documentation and in internationalised diagnostics?

I don't mind if they are produced by national industry
groups or whatever, rather than ISO, as long as they
are widely used in the countries concerned.
