The normative reference to `ISO/IEC 9899:1999, Programming languages - C' in
   1.2/1 of ISE/IEC 14882:2003(E) should refer to `ISO/IEC 9899:1990,
Programming languages ? C'.  NB: the defect is that "1999" should be
"1990".
