Topic: Section heading of 27.7.3("Class basic_ostringstream") in C++03

The section heading of 27.7.3 in my PDF copy of ISO/IEC 14882:2003 is

     Class basic_ostringstream

but it should be

     Class template basic_ostringstream

to be consistent with other section headings.
