In the upcoming third edition of Effective C++, I refer to TR1 on several
occasions. Because TR1 is currently in draft form, the final URL for TR1
is not yet known. I'm therefore setting up a stable URL about TR1 for my
book to refer to. The page contains links to the latest TR1 draft as well
as to what I believe to be the best standardization documents that motivate
and explain TR1 functionality. I'd appreciate it if people would take a
look and let me know if any of the links are incorrect. My primary concern
is that there may have been several revisions of a feature proposal, and I
may not be linking to the one that is most recent, accurate, or useful.

The URL for the web page is http://aristeia.com/EC3E/TR1_info.html.

Thanks for your help. Of course, if you have suggestions for improvement
that don't concern the links, I welcome those, too.

Scott
