Hi,
it's been three days since I tried to download the papers from post-redmond
mailing and yet I cannot. The server is so sloooowww, and eventually the
connection times out. Anyone having the same problem?

I noticed the same kind of problems since roughly a week. Interestingly=20
different papers have quite
different downloading times.

It seems everybody experiences it. According to the site maintainer (Keld
J rn Simonsen), the ISP has implemented some "bandwidth limitation". He's
put up a backup site at:
http://www2.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/
