The web page
http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/library_technical_report.html
lists libraries that will be included in the Technical Report. Is this the
final list, or is it possible that other libraries will be accepted at the
next meeting?

C99 library compatibility is also under discussion.

Proposals submitted before the Oxford post-meeting mailing deadline
will also be considered. In particular, I am hoping that
http://www.boost-consulting.com/writing/new-iter-concepts.html and
http://www.boost-consulting.com/writing/facade-and-adaptor.html will
be accepted.
