The comp.std.c++ forwarding server is now working again, so you should
all be able to post normally.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

[According to the system administrator, the problem was related to
"switching from local hash alias databases on every mail server, to a
central LDAP repository. LDAP has problems with certain fields containing
'+' characters"...]
