Section 17.4.1.2 [lib.headers]
TC#1 has a typo correction that adds <strstream> to Table 11. The
introductory text still says "The C++ Standard Library provide 32 C++
headers", even though the table now has 33 entries.


Section 23.2.4 [lib.vector]
The class declaration is missing a semicolon after "const_pointer".


Section 23.2.5 [lib.vector.bool]
The class declaration is missing a semicolon after "const_pointer".


Section 27.6.2.3 [lib.ostream::sentry]
"private" needs a colon after it
