The portion on page 460 probably has no operational semantics
to list (like the first row, r = a) on page 461... So, they
just left it out altogether to keep wasted space to a minimum.

Table 65 (container requirements) is split across two pages in the PDF and
printed standard, pages 460 and 461.
The portion on page 460 has four columns.
The portion on page 461 has five. "Operational semantics" snuck in there
right down the middle. (I discovered this while making a poor man's HTML
version of the table.)
Is this columns of information supposed to only exist for a subset of table
65, or did it accidentally get left out of the portion on page 460?
