How so?

IIRC, the Turing problem needs to have one computer program predict
the outcome from another one. This suggestion would simply convert
the program from one form (C++ source code) into another (UML diagrams).

Am I missing something? How is it like the Turing Problem?

I know that many tools can reverse engineer C++ source into various UML
diagrams, but is there a complete mapping of C++ into UML? If so, a
reference would be appreciated. If not, is there any interest in the
community for such a thing? Might a canonical mapping be part of the next
round of standardization?

Thank you for any information provided.

That's something like the Turing Problem :-)
