For some reason, ISO decided to release the electronic copy without
permissions to alter in any way.  Which means that you can't even
change the page numbers to conform to the page numbers in the document
(that is, i, ii, iii, etc. followed by 1, 2, 3, etc.).  My^H^HA
friend's solution was to find a tool online that cracks Adobe
passwords and unlock the document.
