Yahoo groups has a voting option. Anyone up for creating a list of
additions to c++ and putting it to a vote?
I'm thinking that we could vote on each item with
I like the idea
I'm neutral but think it has some merit
I'm neutral
I'm neutral but think it has too little merit
I'm against it
I like the idea but think it would be too expensive to implement
I put the last one in because I was once involved in a project that had such
a vote on enhancements. One enhancement that got a lot of pro-votes turned
out to be hideously expensive. There was no way in the vote to raise a red
flag on it. The product died because 1) it was a mainframe product and pc's
took over; but 2) no one was willing to pay the price for the one new
enhancement and it couldn't be excluded.

P.S. If you want to do this, respond with a list. Try to exclude items
that have already been posted. And keep the items short.
