There's nothing in the current moderation policy which says that we should
reject questions which are answered in the FAQ, although it would obviously
save readers some time and help those asking FAQs to remember to look in
the FAQ first.

Ironically, "where's the FAQ" is a FAQ even with its location noted in the
footer of every message on comp.std.c++.
