ANSI officially adopted ISO/IEC 9899:1999 as an American National
Standard on Monday, May 22, 2000.

I have been informed that electronic versions of the standard should
be available for purchase from NCITS, and probably directly from ANSI
as well, in approximately three weeks.

I will post another update with pertinent information when they are
actually available for purchase.

I am sure at least some readers of this group will find this of
interest, even though its primary topic is C++.
