Revision 11 of the C++ Standard Library issues list is now online at
http://www.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg21.  There are three documents (plus
indexes) covering active issues, defect reports, and closed issues. This
revision reflects actions taken at the J16/WG21 committee meeting last
week.
