All attempts to find on internet description (manual) of standard c++ library
failed. Probably you know place with it in hypertext format - preferably.

Ironic that you're using dejanews to post, since a dejanews search would
have turned up several instances of answers to this question.

You won't find it available in hypertext format, but if you're willing
to accept a PDF format version that you can purchase online for only
$18, just look in the FAQ:
