Topic: State of compliance (6 months later)?

I've been wondering about the Standard compliance the C++
community is enjoying 6 months after the final vote. Are there
areas where compilers are commonly more compliant, or less?
Are major pieces commonly broken, or just small trivia? Is it
usually compiler or library problems? Has portability been
good?
