Does anyone know of any C++ parser that support current C++ standard?

Hi!!
 I am wondering if anybody is aware if there exists a c++ parser
- standalone - at any place you know. I am aware of one at cs.brown.edu
but it is very restrictive..
 I would greatly appreciate if you can pass that information to
me..
