Topic: Where's the FAQ?

I was going to suggest that a certain topic should be added to
the FAQ. Naturally, I went to read the FAQ first, to make sure
that it wasn't already there.

I know I've read the FAQ before, but today I couldn't find it!
I went to Dejanews and looked up FAQ; I found a message from
1995 suggesting that I try
    http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/top.html
and
    ftp://rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet/
Neither one of these archives had comp.std.c++, although they
did have other FAQs about C and C++.

Where is the FAQ?

Moderators, may I respectfully suggest that you change the
.sig blurb to include the web address of the FAQ?

[ Moderator's note: Every approved article in comp.std.c++ contains
a "trailer" which gives the location of the FAQ. If an article
appears without a trailer, it is because some news server is
misconfigured and allows articles to appear without having been
approved by a moderator. The trailer should appear below this
  note. -sdc ]
