Does anyone know which books cover the latest finalized standard of C++? I
found that even "C++ Programming" doesn't cover them all.

Hardly surprising as it was published four months before the final
agreements were reached. Actually there are very few differences. I
guess that C++ Primer might be marginally ahead. But what compiler are
you using that is closer to the final standard than either of these?
