STLport distribution updated (3.01 release).

It's a minor bugfixing release.
What's new :
  * separate compilation scheme dropped out;
  * FDIS-conformant auto_ptr provided;
  * minor portablility fixes : SUNPro CC/VAC++/xlC/DEC CXX/Watcom;

You hardly need to upgrade unless your compiler uses
separate template compilation scheme (SUNPro/xlC)
Bug reports and suggestions are welcome.
If STLport works for some compiler not listed at the page,
please report that.
