The URL's in the FAQ are failing as I write this. www.setech.com is
particularly bad, but www.maths.warwick.ac.uk is failing to serve the
files that are supposedly there.

So I wouldn't be surprised if there were (attempted) posts on this
topic as long as the referenced sites don't work.
