I am involved in a debate over the contents of <math.h> (according to the
C++ standard).  Could you please help me settle this question?

Do the extra prototypes that appear in 26.5 (abs(float), acos(float),
etc.) appear in both <math.h> and <cmath>, or just <cmath>.  <math.h> is
defined by section D.5.
