Does the new ISO/IEC CD 14882 C++ standard contain any new Keywords
(specifically integer related keywords) over and above those found in the
December 1996 draft?

No new keywords have been added since the Dec 1996 draft. But the
keyword "export" was accidently omitted from the table of keywords
in section 2.11 "Keywords" of the Dec 1996 draft. (It was described as
a keyword in appropriate places in the text of that draft.)
