What, if anything, has changed in the <functional> header between the
Dec. '96 WP and the new draft standard? There were some problems with
the Dec. '96 WP having to do with ambiguities and inconsistencies as to
what argument_type, result_type, etc. should be for function object
classes, and I was wondering if they had been resolved. (I even went so
far as to come up with my own replacement for the <functional> header,
which you can find on my web site.)
