Now that we have an official draft international standard, PC compiler
vendors have little excuse to spend all of their efforts on whizzy IDEs
instead of actually implementing the complete language. Does anyone
know when Microsoft and Borland plan to have a standard-compliant
compiler?
(I'm particularly interested in member templates, partial specialization
of class templates, and partial ordering of function templates.)
