And we were in close touch with the national bodies who had voted no but
were not present, and had informal assurances from them that their
concerns had been addressed.

Officially without significance, but worth noting: the vote to present
the draft for FDIS voting was unanimous, and most, if not all, of the
national bodies who had problems with the CD were represented at this
vote. So my guess would be that it will pass the FDIS vote without
problems.
