I think that the Dec 95 draft has a problem in the wording about placement
delete.

In [expr.new] (5.3.4), para 19 says that operator delete has the same
(formal) parameters as operator new _EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST_

But in para 20, it says that operator delete is called with the SAME
PARAMETERS.

Is this just an oversight (it should say same additional parameters), or
have I missed something?
