Gentlemen:

The October issue of the C++ Report will be about "Advice from the C++
Experts". Bertrand Meyer will be writing an article for that issue. I
expect it to be amusing. Perhaps some of you would like to write
500-1000 words in an editorial style providing advice to users of C++.
If so, I'd need something in the next 4 weeks or so. Thanks.
