Is there a resource online that defines the terms used in the recently
released working paper?

I don't have a degree in computer science, I got into this by
accident, so to speak, and don't have the background that members of
the committee must necessarily have. Nevertheless, I need to
understand any standard I use, and I'm trying to acquire the
background needed for this one.

I've been holding off on really getting into the proposed C++ standard
until it looks like it's close to reality. Now that it looks that
way I'm starting to read it seriously, but it seems like a lot of
terms are being used without being defined.

I'm sure that this is really a matter of my ignorance, but I would
like to know if there's a reference online that could help me overcome
my inabilities in this respect.

Thanks

Joe
