It's been two weeks since I asked this, so I assume it's already been
discussed to death or there's no answer (besides the obvious one). :-)

Apologies if this has already been discussed, but would I be off-base
asking about bitset being in the Containers section, when it doesn't have
bitset::const_reference, bitset::iterator, etc.?  It doesn't seem to be
intended to be a Container or to be used with the algorithms.
