Does anyone keeps track of which compiler support which feature of the
upcoming new standard? A chart including compiler versions would be even
better. Things I'd like to know include: exception handling, rtti, template,
bool, mutable keyword, explicit keyword, etc. Any pointer to partial info
would still be a good start.

Seems like an important fact database to set-up to help people choose
what to use in a given project gievn a set of requirements.
