Has anyone had any luck purchasing the CD2 in Canada?  The Standards
Council of Canada refuses to sell it to me, on the grounds that it is not for
public consumption, despite the public comment period.  Global
Engineering Documents tells me that the Standards Council has exclusive
rights to ISO documents in Canada, so they won't sell it to me either.  It's
not a big deal, since I can have someone at our Utah office order it for me,
but if anyone knows of the correct procedure for obtaining the CD in
Canada, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
