Topic: Q: allocate(), deallocate(), construct() c.s.

Hello,
In the DWP of april 1995 there is a description of the functions allocate(),
deallocate() and construct(). They are global functions, but I heard
that this has changed in later versions of the DWP.
I seem to remember that they are memberfunctions of class Allocator now.
Is this correct?
How about destroy(), uninitialized_fill(), uninitialized_fill_n(),
uninitialized_copy(),
get_temporary_buffer() and return_temporary_buffer() ??
Are they still global?
Thanks!
Marian
