You are invited to the 1996 COPE (Current Object Practice &
Experience) conference is set for May 15th and 16th in St. Paul,
MN. More specifically, it is being held at O Shaugnessy
Auditorium on the University of St. Thomas campus
(2115 Summit Ave.)
COPE 96 will build on the success of the first conference with
another two-day program focused on the state-of-the-practice
in object-oriented development.
Internationally prominent speakers (like Rebecca Wirfs-Brock and
Richard Gabriel) will share insights gathered from their extensive
experience developing and mentoring object products and will
provide information on new technology directions.
A full evening of workshops will be presented by consulting
firms as well as vendors with the main theme being real-world
experience - what makes object projects successful, what are
the proven technologies, and what are the essential management
techniques.
Conference fees are $120 or $100 (for OTUG members).
