I would like to read the FAQ for this group. Can someone identify
a location where I can get it ?

Also, can someone recommend a set of standard C++ coding conventions.
For example, (1) all class names begin with a capital letter
             (2) all variables begin with a lower case letter
             (2) use const's instead of defines
              etc.
