Has anyone seen/heard of an implementation of an Dynamic Array Class following the
STL interface/guidelines?  From time to time I see posting about "Proposed Additions
to STL" so I thought this would be as good a place as any to look.  If you know where
I might find what I am looking for, please resond via email:
