I'm going back through Dr. Stroustrup's 'Design and Evolution of C++'
and I see on p. 151 a reference to "An explicit template instantiation
operator" listed as one of the features which have been accepted by
the committee.  There is a pointer to section 15.10.4 of the book for
this feature's description, but I don't see any identification of
the operator which the committee adopted in this section ("Finding
Template Definitions," p. 376-378).  Which operator is referred
to for explicit template instantiation?
