Hi, please help!

I have a class consisting of several C++ Strings.
I want to save such objects to a file and load them
from a file. What is the best way to do it?

Please send explicit code like ifstream("testfile")...
and so on, since I'm a beginner. Please send it directly
to colin@math.harvard.edu, since I'm not reading this
newsgroup.
