 by a Nationally recognized and well published c++ expert
 (more than 5 books to date)."

 Would you buy it? (cost would be about $50).

It would be CD-ROM based with full motion video, audio, graphics and
the
like.  It would include code samples, a PD compiler, libraries, and
would
step you through a sample program, its capabilities, limitations, and
so
on...
