Hi,

I'm new to C++ and am wondering if anyone can tell me how to I can have
associations in C++?  I am currently going through "Object-Oriented Modelling and
Design" by Rumbaugh but cannot compile the examples for associations in C++.  I'm
using Borland C++ 2.0 for OS/2.
