There's nothing to debate. The draft says nothing about VB.
If you wish to argue that the standard should discuss VB, you'll have to make
your position clearer. I see no justification for that in your posting.
You also should watch your wording more carefully. From your posting, one
might believe that you wish to discuss the relative merits of the two
languages, but since that is not an appropriate topic for this newsgroup
I'm sure I am simply misreading it.

I personally love c++, but the future trend in Windows programming
