Is there any "zipped" C++ Std Draft available? I  ftp'd the files from
research.att.com and then I realized that it looks like the files are
tar'd.
My "workstation" is a 486 PC and the only packing/unpacking utility
available to me is pkzip/pkunzip of PKWare.

I would appreciate very much your assistance.
