I am surprised that people have not noticed the P.J. Plauger article in
the same October 1993 Issue of Dr. Dobb's Journal. It has been very
interesting to track how that article was received by the C++ community
and the "adjustments" made *after* that article was published. If people
had followed that activity closely, they now may have a better feeling
for how P.J. Plauger's copyrighted class library became part of the
DRAFT ANSI Standard for C++.

C+@ is very neat and has proven to be an elegant language. The C+@ class
library makes STL and the rest of the DRAFT C++ standard look like a toy.
C+@ is a real as rain or snow...unfortunately, some people who have never
seen snow, do not believe it exists...is that our problem or theirs?
