This is another format of the ANSI/ISO draft for C++.  It features
hyperlinks and easy to use cross referencing.

Any differences between the printed postscript and the above document
are accidental.  The only known differences are that HTML documents
are not page numbered, and the lines have differing lengths in HTML.
