Yes. I'll post it, and probably some other eager beavers will too.
BTW, I realize it is now almost as late as it can get and still be April.
There were some administrative problems in preparing the draft which
caused a slight delay. It should be ready soon, however.
With a nod to Jerry Pournelle, I'll say "Real Soon Now."

Can you enlighten all of us "info-have-nots" as to nature of the
"administrative problems"?
Do you have a new date when you expect the DRAFT to be ready?
Does a slip in the date now, slip the date when the vote will be taken?
Are the "administrative problems" related to the apparent confusion
on the role that ANSI plays and ISO plays?
Will the 52 Meg file of "committee" notes also be part of the ftp
offering? (This could help people understand what has already been
discussed and could help people avoid making redundant public comments)
How many people currently have access to the DRAFT in its current form?
Why not just make the current DRAFT available and then keep updating it?
Is the DRAFT only available in English?
